Enrolling is simple. You may enroll by phone, online, mail, or fax. Whichever method you choose, you must submit an application, a 1-3 page essay and your initial payment.
The enrollment essay is a crucial component in the admission process and should be 1-3 pages in length. Use it to tell us about how you expect our CCNH education to affect your life, a person who has influenced your educational goals, or a personal experience that has prompted your interest in CCNH. If you submit your application online, please send your essay as an attachment.

All textbooks and other materials are in English; therefore, applicants for whom English is a second language must be able to demonstrate college level proficiency in this language. This may be accomplished by the successful completion of an associate’s, bachelor’s or graduate degree from a U.S. college or university; completion of 24 academic semester hours from a college at which English is the primary language; or satisfactory English proficiency exam scores. Speak to your admissions advisor for more information. Graduation from high school or satisfactory completion of the General Educational Development (GED) requirements is a prerequisite for admission into all CCNH programs. A bachelor’s degree is required for admission into any master’s level program, Doctor of Naturopathy, and/or Doctor of Natural Health degree programs. A master’s degree is required for entry into the Ph.D. programs.

Just as we have requirements for acceptance of credits earned elsewhere, other institutions have their own requirements. Each individual transferring from one school to another must be evaluated by the receiving school. We will send up to three official CCNH transcripts to other institutions free of charge.
If you withdraw within 30 days of your enrollment and have not completed any of your coursework, you will receive a complete refund of your paid tuition, less a $200 administrative fee. If you withdraw after 30 days, but before 60 days, you will receive up to 50% of the tuition paid based on the amount of coursework you have completed, less a $200 administrative fee. If you have been enrolled for more than 60 days, no refund will be given.
