Iridology: Theory and Practice

Iridology is a method of assessment that may be helpful for traditional naturopaths as well as natural health and holistic nutrition consultants. Recognized by the International Iridology Practitioners Association (IIPA), this certificate program prepares students to take the IIPA certification examination. Topics include anatomy and physiology, introduction to iridology, theory and practice of iridology (levels 1-4), and an overview of the consulting process.

Resources for this program include video classes conducted by Ellen Tart Jensen, Ph.D., Clayton College of Natural Health adjunct faculty member, past president of IIPA, and former assistant to the late Dr. Bernard Jensen, known as the “Father of American Iridology.” In completing this program, students will have the opportunity to use several different iridology tools and acquire hands-on practice.
