CLAYTON COLLEGE PRESENTS—
Natural Health Conference 2006
Weaving a Tapestry of
Natural Health

CCNH is proud to present its 5th annual Natural Health Conference, Weaving a Tapestry of Natural Health, at the Wyndham Peachtree Conference Center, April 20-23, 2006, Peachtree City, Georgia. The annual conference has become an anticipated event that offers opportunities for networking with other students and graduates, meeting CCNH faculty and staff, and interacting with natural health and nutrition leaders, including returning speakers Michael Tierra, Ann Louise Gittleman, and Elson Haas, and exciting new speakers including, Christine Page, Rosemary Gladstar, and David Winston.

It takes many threads to create a rich and detailed tapestry, and each individual strand is an integral part of the tapestry’s overall beauty, strength, and durability. This year you are invited to choose a thread—body, mind, spirit—and weave your own health tapestry while being an essential part of the cultural fabric that unfolds when we gather for a conference.

Nourish the body—and the mind—by exploring how the food we eat affects our health and vitality in sessions with Jonny Bowden. Engage all your senses on herb walks in the outdoor classroom with Darryl Patton, David Winston, Matthew Wood, or Phyllis D. Light. Find out more about holistic nutrition and enjoy some healthy body movement sessions, too.

Feed the mind with sessions in applied natural health and the energetics of homeopathy with Rudolph Ballentine. Because our own well-being is entwined with the planet’s health, learn how we can be better stewards of the Earth’s environment with Rosemary Gladstar. Further explore the social, ethical, and philosophical aspects of natural health in some of our other sessions.

Nurture the spirit by remembering to honor our intuition and recognize the innate feminine aspects of our society with Christine Page. Learn to connect physical/emotional/spiritual health through iridology with Ellen Tart Jensen. Choose from several sessions meant to touch the soul and awaken consciousness.

Join the entire conference group in three general sessions—one per day, featuring Stewart Mitchell, Christine Page, and David Winston, to gain knowledge and create lasting networks of friends and professional peers.

Participation in the annual natural health conference is not limited to students and graduates only. We look forward to seeing you at the conference!
