They will also discuss sugar detoxification, Candida, and present several diets to help folks shed excess weight and keep it off.

Flower Essences

One of the root causes of people’s health problems is unresolved mental and emotional stress. One of the simplest, but most effective, ways to help people resolve emotional issues is with flower essences. Developed by Edward Bach, an English homeopath and bacteriologist, flower essences can help people reduce stress, resolve emotional issues, alter negative thought processes, and develop spiritually. In this class, Steven will share insights into the ways mental/ emotional issues turn into physical health problems and how to use flower essences with a few other simple tools to help people heal.

Linda Page, PhD

This is a three-part presentation on women’s health. Part I, “When Medical Advice Isn’t Enough,” tackles thyroid imbalances, fibroids, endometriosis, and rosacea.
