Suggested Learning Threads

Customize your health tapestry and conference experience by concentrating your learning in a specific area of holistic nutrition or natural health. Some ideas for learning threads are offered here, but you are free to create your own based on your interests. Please keep in mind that the final schedule for breakout sessions and intensives may not accommodate scheduling all sessions listed in a thread, and that these are merely suggestions for ways to organize your learning experience.

Interested in learning more about holistic nutrition and chronic illnesses? We suggest attending some of the following sessions:
