Natural Health: Online Summer Series

Eating for the Seasons
with Elson Haas, MD

This presentation is based on Dr. Haas’ first book, now updated. The 21st century edition of Staying Healthy with the Seasons integrates Western and Oriental medicines, nutrition, herbal therapy, and exercise to stay in harmony with each season. Awareness of body and earthly cycles, of yin and yang balance, and understanding the five element theory is a beautiful, simple, and ancient philosophy of health practice that is still vital to caring for each of us, as well as for our loved ones and our planet.
