is a member of Clayton College’s Community Faculty and is a graduate of the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom. He is the founder of the School of Complementary Health, a registered and licensed school in the United Kingdom. In addition, Mitchell is the author of Health Essentials: Naturopathy, The Complete Illustrated Guide to Massage, and Health Essentials: Massage.

Minimalism: The art of less; a cultural sense of restraint. Is minimalism just the newest trend or a way to achieve a healthy lifestyle with a global consciousness? To be successful, minimalism requires a clear sense of appropriate goals. Mitchell shares methods, examples and his personal philosophy of the minimalist pathway.
