Natural Health: Many Paths, One Destination

General Sessions

Thursday Dinner

Views on Vitalism: A Conversation with Stewart Mitchell and Matthew Wood

After opening remarks and networking during dinner, join experts who have studied the history and legacies of traditional naturopathy and herbalism as they engage in a lively conversation, sharing their knowledge, philosophies, and writings on this important topic. Vitalism is the life energy essential to all living things — the spirit from which all true healing occurs. We cannot truly understand the essence of traditional naturopathy's philosophy that the body has its own innate healing abilities without understanding vitalism.
