The National Nutritional Foods Association's (NNFA) 67th annual convention and trade show was held in a new location this year – the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV, July 16 – 18. CCNH joined over 7,000 exhibitors, retailers, media and others at this exciting show. Clayton College was proud to offer again this year CCNH graduate and adjunct faculty Linda Page, ND, PhD in a special presentation, "Learn How You Can Use Your Education to Empower Yourself, Your Clients and Your Customers." Linda was also on the NNFA program with a very interesting topic, "Foods That Flatter." Darryl Patton, CCNH adjunct faculty and herbalist presented his new book, Mountain Medicine. Book signings were held for all attendees at our special presentations as well as on the trade floor. Representing CCNH at NNFA this year were Connie Sledge and Lois Donnelly, both Admissions Advisors, Linda Powell, Academic Director, and Judy Williams, Marketing Director.
