Linda Powell, CCNH director of academics, joined Ann Louise Gittleman, C.N.S., PH.D., and 80–plus Fat Flush enthusiasts on the 5th annual Cruise To Lose aboard the beautiful Norwegian Sun. They sailed north to Alaska, with their northern–most destination being the stunning Glacier Bay National Park. Amid glimpses of whales, porpoises, puffins, bald eagles, and sea lions the group joined together with the like purpose of learning about the Fat Flush Plan and why it is not only a healthy plan for eating, but also for living.
