Mark Reinfeld
Mark Reinfeld, CCNH M.S. in Holistic Nutrition graduate, is the founding chef of the award winning Blossoming Lotus Restaurant. He is the recipient of the 2006 Platinum Carrot Award for living foods—a national award given by the Aspen Center of Integral Health to the top “Healthy Gourmet Chefs” in the country. His cookbook, Vegan World Fusion Cuisine, coauthored with Bo Rinaldi and with a foreword by Dr. Jane Goodall, has won several national awards.

Mark has been preparing inspired gourmet vegan and live food cuisine for over 15 years. He developed his love for World culture and cuisine during travel journeys through Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
