HONEYSUCKLE (Lonicera japonica)
Flowers and leaves can be made into a beverage tea. Anti-bacterial.
Wash for sore eyes. Anti-viral. Lowers cholesterol. Traditionally used
for breast tumors and tuberculosis. Key Uses: colds, fevers, flu, dysentery,
laryngitis, enteritis, sores, boils, scabies.

HOPS (Humulus lupulus)
Sedative. Nervine. Antispasmodic. Used for headaches, insomnia, nervous
tension, restlessness. Has estrogenic activity. Relaxes gastric nerves.
A digestive bitter. Traditionally used to allay male sexual excitement.
Key Uses: appetite stimulant, digestion, headaches, hyperactivity,
insomnia, nervousness, pain and excessive sexual desires. Do not use
with deep depression.

Dilates blood vessels in the lungs and bronchial tubes. Used for coughs.
