NETTLE (Urtica dioica)

Astringent. Diuretic. Strengthen and support whole body. Natural histamine. Stops bleeding. Good for allergies. Very nutritious, can be eaten. Anti-inflammatory. Useful for prostate problems. Useful for asthma, urinary complaints, hives, urinary stones, nephritis and cystitis. Key Uses: to stop bleeding both internally and externally, blood purifier, allergies, high blood pressure, auto-immune diseases such as rheumatory arthritis, prostate.

OATSTRAW (Avena sativa)

Cooling herb, rich in calcium, phosphorus, vitamins A, B1, B2, and E. Useful for osteo-arthritis, reduces cholesterol, improves circulation, stabilizes blood sugar levels, promotes calmness, helps with balance and coordination. Properties: Nutritive, Nervine, and Diuretic. Key Uses: Heart health, nervousness, insomnia, and indigestion.

OLIVE LEAF (Olea europa)

Antiviral. Anti-bacterial. Anti-infective. Useful against chronic infections, candida yeast, parasites. Topically for wounds, skin problems, acne, infections. May help lower blood pressure. Promotes good cholesterol. Lowers blood sugar. Increases blood flow. Relieves intestinal spasms. Active constituents elenolic acid, oleuropein and flavonoids. Key Uses: immune system, chronic infections, blood pressure.

OREGON GRAPE (Berberis aquifolium)

Same properties as Goldenseal and Barberry. Aids assimilation of nutrients. Increases appetite. Good for eczema, jaundice, liver, psoriasis and infections. CAUTION: Stimulates the thyroid. This can be useful for short periods but depleting over long periods of time. Key Uses: skin conditions, liver problems, gastro-intestinal problems, psoriasis, eczema, mucus membrane infections.
