2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 Tablespoons lard
1/2 teaspoon of honey
Place all ingredients into a small sauce pan and heat until melted and well incorporated. Let cool to a temperature that will be comfortable to apply to the scalp. Massage well, making sure to distribute throughout hair. Leave on 25 to 30 minutes. Shampoo out. Note: for long hair , may need to double the recipe.
1/2 cup blue cornmeal
1 Tablespoon raw honey
1/2 cup Goldenseal tea, (tepid)
1 Tablespoon of cold pressed almond oil
Mix the cornmeal, honey and Goldenseal tea together. Apply the scrub in a circular motion with light pressure. Rinse with tepid water to remove all traces of the cornmeal. Now apply the cold pressed almond oil to skin. Using this scrub at least once a week will help keep skin exfoliated and glowing.
1 Tablespoon of honey
1 Tablespon of glycerin
3 drops of lavender essential oil
1/2 cup chamomile tea/infusion
After mixing all components together, apply to freshly washed skin as a night–time moisturizer and revitalizer.
1/2 cup cooked pumpkin
1 Tablespoon lard
2 Tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Starting with the pumpkin, place it into a clean blender or food processor. Blend until almost liquified. Add additional ingredients and blend five minutes more or until well corporated. Leave on 20 to 25 minutes, then shampoo and rinse with cold water.
1 1/2 ounces beeswax
1 ounce honey
2 ounces olive oil
Melt the beeswax over hot water using a double boiler. Stir in the honey and beat in the olive oil. Continue stirring until cool. Put in a wide mouth jar. Using this may help prevent chapped lips.

1/4 cup hot water
Mix the honey and hot water together. Cool the mixture and try using with an eye cup for a gentle wash.
Try adding honey to a gauze pad to cover the sore each night.
8 ounces honey
2 ounces yellow beeswax
Melt yellow beeswax and add honey. Mix well. Using this may help prevent leg ulcers
