Resolution Teas

As we enter the new year, many of us begin working on our resolutions. Some of us focus our resolutions on weight loss and exercise, and others of us may focus on trying to live with less stress or on trying to be a better, kinder person. One simple resolution that we should all be able to keep is to take the time to enjoy a cup of herbal tea each day. The following tea recipes may even help you keep some of your other resolutions, too.
