Tea Room

Throughout National Apple month, you’ll more than likely hear the adage, “an apple a day keeps the doctor away” many times; however, there’s more than just apples to help keep us from running to the doctor’s office during cold and flu season. There are many herbal teas to help boost our immune systems so we can avoid catching those illnesses that may be going around, and there are teas to help us remedy the issues that we may find ourselves coming down with. The following blends contain herbs with antiviral, antimicrobial, antiseptic, diaphoretic, and expectorant properties to help protect us from the common cold and its related issues.
