In honor of Vegetarian Month, the following tea recipes will help support the body through transitioning to a vegetarian diet. Any time the diet experiences a significant change such as eliminating meat, it is important to ensure the proper intake of vitamins and minerals. It may also be beneficial to detoxify the body from accumulated toxins. Assisting the digestive system will also make the transition period a healthier, more comfortable process. The following blends include herbs such as parsley, dandelion, and peppermint, which will support a healthy transition to a new diet and lifestyle.
