Who and What’s New in Academics

The Academic Department is proud to introduce our newest team members. Faculty Advisor, Bree Garrett, joined the staff in late summer. Bree is a graduate of the University of North Alabama, with a major in Nutrition and Human Environmental Science.

Recently promoted to their new positions as Faculty Assistants, Pam Short and Courtney Grammer are shifting from their academic secretary duties to assisting faculty advisors with their day-to-day activities. Pam and Courtney are committed to excellent student services and are great assets to the faculty team.

Anita Barnett, R.N., N.D., accepts accreditation certificate from Ellen Tart-Jensen, Ph.D., President of International Iridology Practitioner's Association. CCNH is the first distance education school accredited by IIPA.

We are pleased to announce that the International Iridology Practitioner’s Association (IIPA) has accredited both our Iridology certificate program and our Anatomy and Physiology course. IIPA worked closely with us as we developed the Iridology program and students are pleased with the result. Iridology is available as a CCNH certificate program and graduates may apply for certification through IIPA immediately upon completion of the program.
