Who and What’s New in Academics

The academics department welcomes our newest faculty advisors Aimee Lanier and Delsey Austin. Aimee, former assistant editor, holds a BA from the University of Alabama and an ND from Trinity College. She is currently studying to become a master herbalist. The majority of Antoinette Percy-Laurry’s students have been reassigned to Aimee.

Delsey Austin has a background in health sciences and has earned a BS in Biology from Oakwood College. She also holds a master’s in Health Sciences from the University of South Alabama. She believes strongly in natural health and teaches its concepts frequently in her community and her church.

Pam Herald, ND, former faculty assistant, is now assistant program editor and Specialty Books liaison. Please join us in congratulating these outstanding employees in their new roles at CCNH.

CCNH is thrilled to announce the acquisition of new technology for students. WebCT, the world’s leading e-learning management system, will be available in 2005 to students who wish to test online. CCNH is delighted to partner with WebCT to offer you the best e-learning options available. Watch your weekly broadcast e-mails for more information regarding the progress of integrating WebCT into our educational offerings. We’ll keep you posted in Holistic Times too.

PLEASE NOTE: Effective October 1 students have 30 days to contest a graded exam question with their faculty advisor. After 30 days from the date we mailed your graded exam to you or mark your exam graded in online testing, the grade will not be changed. This policy will also be published in the 2005 student handbook.
