Operations Support Department
Clayton College is proud to announce the grand opening of our newly formed operations support department. The focus of this department is to respond to every caller to CCNH with relationship centered service by offering knowledgeable, thorough and quick responses. To grace this new department, the dream catcher that was presented to CCNH at the recent ANMA convention by student Ana Arzu-Titus now hangs in the beautifully designed space that houses the department staff: Penny Gagliano, Joyce Rogers, Karen Pollard, Andrea Mathews, Nikki Moman, and Janice Graves, with Erica Gunn as the coordinator.
Many of you know these voices of the college— they are now joined as a team to offer you efficient and service oriented responses to all of your calls and inquiries. Their mission statement is to “enhance the experience of every caller.”
