Admissions Headlines

After a major remodeling, we are settling back in to our new admissions suite and readying for a busy end-of-year. Tuition rates will increase in 2006, so be sure to take advantage of the lower rates and your student/graduate discount to add on concentrations or new programs before January.

I am very pleased to introduce our newest admissions advisor, Christine Picior. Some of you may already know her from the academic department, where she has been a faculty advisor since February of 2003. She became interested in natural health, particularly nutrition and the body/mind/spirit connection in her early twenties. She took her three children to India to study the body/mind/spirit connection with a meditation master who was also a doctor of Ayurveda. She received her massage license and national certification in 1996, became a Reiki Master in 1997, received her ND degree from Clayton College in 2001, and opened a natural health consulting practice in Atlanta that is still active today. We are thrilled to have Christine's knowledge and experience here in the admissions department. She will be an incredible resource for prospective students.

I also want to remind you of the services offered by our new operations support center. This group is available to help you with both admission and academic requests. Our goal is to provide you with the best customer service we can. We welcome your feedback on how we can better meet your needs.

As a reminder to graduates looking to add on classes, certificates or programs, your normal 10% discount for being a student/graduate increases to 15% when you join the Alumni Association at no charge. The association offers great information and networking opportunities to you.
