CCNH Partners with ED MAP
On October 10th CCNH launched our new partnership with ED MAP. As our educational partner, ED MAP distributes books, materials, and support items for our students. We are excited about this new affiliation, as it will help us achieve our goal of excellent student service.
As a CCNH student, the book “approval to order” process has changed only slightly and, we believe, it has greatly improved. The first thing you will notice is that we have changed the term “approval“ to “authorization.” You will continue to contact your advisor for your next shipment authorization. When you are authorized for an order, that information is added to your student record and an e-mail will be automatically sent to you that includes the specific items you'll need to order. The e-mail will also include a unique login and password. If you do not have an e-mail address on file with us, we will mail the information to you. You may place your order electronically or by phone, but in either case you must provide the login and password information to ED MAP when you order.
Through the ED MAP Web site you may view your own textbook account and track the progress of your shipment at any time by using this unique identifying information. The Web address for ordering your textbooks is www.orderccnhtextbooks.com and the phone number is 1-800-274-9104. In your graded, returned tests and projects envelope you should find a list of frequently asked questions about ED MAP. You may also refer to our Web site, www.ccnh.edu, for the FAQs and additional information.
