CCNH Student/Graduate Groups
- At one of their summer meetings, the Houston, Texas, group heard from CCNH student Melisa Kuehn, who discussed how she began her practice and how her degree program is helping her in that practice. At another summer meeting, the Houston group heard from guest speaker Ann Miller, who provided a number of helpful suggestions and gave an overview of how students could progress through their distance education programs using their time more effectively. So much useful information was shared that two hours was simply not enough time. The group enthusiastically requested a second session, so one has been planned for the fall.
- The newly formed Orange County, California, group held their inaugural meeting at the Irvine Heritage Park Library in Irvine. CCNH student Lilian Mavridara, M.A. was their first speaker. Mavridara’s practice, Holistic Integration, features offices in both Orange County and Santa Monica.
- The Michigan group enjoyed a pot–luck gathering at the home of one of the group’s members, Timothy Jenks, a Ph.D. in natural health candidate. They reviewed the proceedings book from the 2006 Natural Health Conference.
- The New York City group gathered for a learning event entitled Transformational Breathing, led by Laraine Gordon. The group enjoyed learning how to practice a healing modality that can benefit themselves and their clients.
There are now 16 active student/graduate groups worldwide. These groups meet for networking, educational forums, social support, and fun. If you are interested in learning more about forming a group in your area, contact CCNH Outreach Coordinator Lou Barbeau.

Clayton College Alumni Association
Anyone who has completed a program with CCNH can join the Alumni Association. There is no charge to join and the benefits of membership include receiving a 15% discount when enrolling in any program or continuing education course. If you are already a member, we have some important news!
All CCNH Alumni Association members with an e–mail address can receive the quarterly Alumni E–newsletter. These newsletters are informative, profile a different member with each edition, and are e–mailed in January, April, July, and October.
