Learn How To Be A Winner at
Losing Weight at Clayton College of Natural Health’s 5th Annual Natural Health Conference

03.23.2006, Alabama – CCNH is proud to announce its 5th annual Natural Health Conference, Weaving a Tapestry of Natural Health, at the Wyndham Peachtree Conference Center, April 20-23, 2006, in Peachtree City, Georgia. The highly acclaimed annual conference offers opportunities for networking with students and graduates, meeting CCNH faculty and staff and studying with natural health and nutrition leaders such as Linda Page, Ann Louise Gittleman and Elson Haas.

Losing weight and keeping it off is a goal for millions worldwide. Conference attendees can learn the secrets of healthy weight loss for themselves or their clients in intensives like Hidden Weight Gain Factors with “Fat Flush guru” Ann Louise Gittleman and emotional-eating expert Denise Lamothe, Detox for Sugar Addiction and Weight Loss with Elson Haas, MD and Wendy Arthur, MD and The Art and Science of Weight Loss Coaching with Jonny Bowden, iVillage’s diet coach.

Making the right food and nutritional choices is essential for healthy weight loss. Attend breakout sessions like Creating Your Own Nutritional Plan or Food: Choices, Food Combining, and Smart Shopping to learn how to eat to lose.

Exercise is an integral piece of the healthy weight loss puzzle, and the conference offers plenty of opportunities to get a good work out while learning something new. Join one of the plant walks in the outdoor classroom with herbalists Matthew Wood, Darryl Patton or Phyllis Light. Attend a pilates or yoga class with Jane Patton, or explore both the body and mind benefits of the ancient, meditative exercise in The Yoga of Embodiment with Rudolph Ballentine.

With 11 intensives and over 30 breakout sessions, CCNH’s 2006 Natural Health Conference is bigger and better than ever! Don’t miss the chance to learn something that might change your life.

The $650 registration fee covers three general sessions, all breakout sessions, breakfasts, snacks and Friday night dinner.

Over 300 students, graduates, staff, faculty and speakers participated in the 2005 conference, and the college anticipates greater attendance at the 2006 conference.
