Cruise
to Lose with Clayton College
of Natural Health Graduates
Ann Louise Gittleman and Denise Lamothe
05.4.2006,
Alabama—CCNH graduates Ann Louise Gittleman, author of
the New York Times bestseller, The Fat Flush Plan, and Denise
Lamothe, author of the popular The Taming of the Chew: A
Holistic Guide for Stopping Compulsive Eating, have joined forces to
offer a comprehensive mind/body approach to healthy weight loss
in a fun-filled, week long Alaskan cruise May 21-28, 2006.
Visit http://www.fatflush.com/alg_cruisetolose.asp for cruise
details and registration information.
Start
summer 2006 with a healthy, lean body, and increase energy,
regain vitality and rejuvenate your spirit while enjoying the
Alaskan wilderness. The cruise will follow the Inside Passage,
known for magnificent glaciers and majestic, timber-shrouded
shores.
Losing
weight and learning how to keep it off is challenging. It takes
more than just eating the right foods and exercising. The mental
and emotional factors related to weight gain are frequently
ignored in the quest for health. Gittleman and Lamothe combine
their expertise and knowledge to show that healthy weight loss
and emotional wellbeing are both within reach.
Ann
Louise Gittleman is CCNH’s Adjunct Professor for Holistic
Nutrition and a graduate of CCNH’s PhD in Holistic Nutrition
program. She is known as “The First Lady of Nutrition” and
makes frequent media appearances promoting The Fat Flush Plan’s detoxification and weight loss system.
Dr.
Denise Lamothe is a New Hampshire Licensed Psychologist and
graduate of CCNH’s
Doctor of Holistic Health program. She is considered an expert
on emotional eating and has over twenty years experience in helping
her clients regain control over food and overcome emotional overeating.
