in the fields of natural health, holistic nutrition and herbology.
New
speakers for 2007 include J.J. Virgin, Janet Starr Hull and
Gloria Gilbère. Virgin is a 20-year veteran of the health and

the popular book, Sweet Poison, that discusses the dangers associated
with artificial sweeteners. Gilbère is a CCNH graduate and the

By My Body, Invisible Illnesses, and Pain/Inflammation
Matters.

conference offers breakout sessions and intensives, which are
three hours of concentrated study and are available for an additional
cost. Sample breakout session topics for 2007 include Marketing
a Natural Health Practice, Community Food Security, How to Detoxify
from Artificial Sweeteners and Your Living Environment: Is it
Healthy? Intensive topics include Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia,

The
2007 conference also brings back the immensely popular plant
walks in the outdoor classroom with acclaimed herbalists like

more and varied plant walks have been added to the schedule.
Enjoy the outdoors and learn from professional herbalists.
2006
conference attendee Joanne Williams said the following about
her experience: “The conference was wonderful,
the speakers were high quality. It was ‘life changing’ and
I plan to come again next year.”
