New Graduate Studies: Traditional Naturopathy, Holistic Wellness

Clayton College of Natural Health (CCNH) introduces two new graduate degree programs: Ph.D. in Traditional Naturopathy and M.A. in Holistic Wellness. Exploring nature’s six foundational elements of healing – sunlight, fresh air, clean water, nutritious food, exercise and rest – the new Ph.D. program demonstrates the intricacies of nature as a potent healer. In Clayton’s new masters program, students develop personal insight into the subtle energies of mind/body/spirit health.

“Traditional naturopathy honors the healing power of nature, with teachings on how to live as close to nature as possible,” said Krista Leamon, N.D., Director of Curriculum Development. “Our new masters program helps students explore concepts of wellness from a physical and psychospiritual point of view. In both programs, graduates gain a deep understanding of wellness, enhancing personal health and offering many avenues for professional growth, often as health or wellness consultants, teachers or authors.”

With more than 20 college degree and certificate programs, Clayton College of Natural Health provides self-paced, independent study programs for thousands of students and graduates around the world. In 2005, CCNH celebrates its 25th anniversary of teaching the leaders of natural health.
